Tools and Tips to Develop Personal Resilience:

During this 1 hour workshop senior coach and positive psychologist Priscilla Ramirez from Plan Be Coaching will guide you through the importance of building resilience as well as its positive impact on your health and goals. By the end of this power hour you will be equipped with tools to recognise your pitfalls, overcome failure and develop your own resilience.

This workshop is for 10-12 people.
