Confused about compost? Annoyed about food waste and scared of your carbon footprint? Bokashi composting can help!

Based on techniques developed in Japan Bokashi pre-composting can be used to prepare cooked food, dairy, and meat for a compost heap. It also adds beneficial bacteria to the soil.

In this workshop learn how to start and maintain a Bokashi bin as well as other methods of composting you can use in your flat.
Feel free to come with your own Bokashi bin.

Trainer: JT Stocks (he/him)

JT Stocks is an actor, climate activist and general lover of dirt. He finds that mess in life translates well to dealing with compost. More enthusiast than expert, JT has a degree in biology and has always had a passion for soil. His "expertise" is really just can-do attitude mixed with a high tolerance for having garbage on his hands.
